Two plus two…. equals sex, racism and bigotry

November 18, 2021

….far far away during a different time in my life I was sitting in an elementary school classroom and all of the sudden pain shot across my knuckles like it was hit with a hammer, however this was the result of no hammer but a ruler and a diminutive 5 foot teacher.

I was not the sensible ‘not get into trouble’ guy that I am today, in fact back in the late 50’s I was a bit of a troublemaker and was forever being punished. Of course back then corporal punishment was a normal part of home and school life for those who dared to disrespect their parents or teachers, and it was at the that time totally legal for them to give us a swat when we needed it!

Yes those were the good old days… when going to school meant you were taught the subjects needed to deal with everyday life: arithmetic, spelling, English, history, geography and science. There was no sex education or (crt) critical race theory to replace these essential subjects and without crt no subject to “shade” history or geography.

It was and is the responsibility of the parents to teach their children about their sexuality not have it coming from a teacher who may like the one here in one the Texas school district who had brought in some books to the school library with graphic sexual images.

…and above all else let us not forget the parents responsibility to ingrain in their children the two principles that must be part of the very foundation of their lives, respect and morality.

I’m just saying

the

United States

at one time

had a school system

the world aspired to emulate

now

no matter how much money

we put into our schools

with the new curriculum

and

‘woke’

teachers and administrators

our schools are devolving

into

third nation status.

Yes Pete and even in the early 60’s and late 70’s they taught instead of indoctrination and brain washing children… Even at the Catholic schools where I went….
Nuns were really strict too. Like you said rulers and my knuckles were severely worked on.. Same in High-school.. All male taught school taught by brothers and very few lay teachers… And yes they didn’t take any lip from anyone.. Corporal punishment was encouraged by the parents… And nowadays they would be slapped in jail…. And really that’s whats wrong with the school system… The teachers hands are tied and the kids just run wild… Crazy stuff….

TBG… I can remember the many afternoons in high school detention where the Priest walked around with a yard stick…. and the sound of it hitting its target rang in the air ;-)

Wouldn’t it be so much simpler if schools just taught stuff like the old days us dinosaurs lived in instead of turning everything into an agenda?

The reforms they instilled in education just gets worse and worse each and every year, in the countries across the globe now, and, children are, getting screwed by the system here, and, before we know it, we will have our, next generations of, illiterates, and, what’s worse, is that, these, uneducated adults of the future, geneations, will be the ones, taking charge of how the governments are, run…(sigh).

Just like Australia education has been repurposed to mean indoctrination.

My son was recently shut down when his history teacher didn’t like being told that Hitler was just a corporal in WW1, and was leader in WW2. Apparently facts didn’t suit the narrative for that teacher or they were simply garbage at doing their job. From memory he was a lance jack and not a full corporal.

My boy said to me that I had a better grasp on history than a history teacher. I replied that my generation lived with war and the consequences rather than the BS of modernity so we might actually have a say in the matter of what happened.

This from a bloke who was born in the 60’s and lived through the Vietnam War and had a father that served in WW2 and the Berlin Airlift. From a bloke who went on to be a soldier and was warned out for war in ’85 against Indonesia as they were committing genocide over the Irian Jaya’s or West Papuans at that time and Keating eventaully solved the problem by giving Indonesia 100 Million for to build a bridge which settled the matter diplomatically but did little to solve the issue as history shows. In todays value that is billions.

None of what is happening is new by any means, yet it is fuelled by a narrative that now defies reality as our kids are fed a narrative of preference rather than just the facts of what actually is regardless of the topic.

Modern educators are in a hell of a bind as they contend with narrative over actual teaching and that is perhaps the greatest crime of current times.
