Trump’s inauguration…. respect for our nations new President or a senseless, inane protest.
Strap on your seat belts this posting is taking off in a wildly different direction. With shades of Art Bell’s ‘Coast to Coast’ and a touch of Alex Jones’s ‘Info wars’ we are about to tip toe though what may happen during the upcoming inauguration.
Everyone is aware that the dust has still not settled with regard to Mr Trumps win over Mrs Clinton. With millions of people, especially the snowflake generation, apparently thinking it will be the end of civilization as they know it because their candidate lost, they still have not accepted her loss as a done deal. The frustration and anger is evident everywhere from articles on blogs and Twitter comments to Face Book postings and social media which is awash in these sorry souls looking for a way…. any way to change the elections outcome.
However what I find it odd is that after President Obama’s second election victory when there were millions who opposed his reelection that the same pervasive feeling of despair and anger did not lend to the same intense social outrage. Those many millions who disliked his economic and world policies and saw that he would lead us further away from the rule of law and a constitutional based way of governing, regrettably accepted him as our President. As evident in the 2009 inauguration of Mr. Obama there were few if any protesters and there was not a single arrest according to the director of homeland security.
I am going to go out on a limb here and forecast that Mr Trumps inauguration will be marred by many of those millions who just can not accept reality, and will do anything to interfere and disrupt the inauguration. Clinton’s supporters have shown over the last year they are not above even physical violence when attempting to disrupt a number of Trump rallies, and with world wide news coverage of the inauguration it will be a stage that they may not be able to ignore.
Now to the conspiracy theory… The flash mobs that broke out across the nation in December have led investigators to believe it was coordinated through social media. But why would someone want to coordinate a nation wide outbreak of violence? Some believe it was a test to see how well it would work so it could be used at the inauguration. We know you can count on some of Clinton supporters acting like spoiled children and trying to disrupt the inauguration, but by using social media and coordinating numerous riots the inauguration itself could be shut down.
Is it just me
wearing a tinfoil hat
or the reality of spoiled crybabies.
