Has the LGBT joined ISIS to attack Christians?

April 1, 2015

P.1It was just another example of excessive force used by the police as they raided the small bakery. They had closed him down and were now arresting him because he failed to comply with the court order demanding that he bake a wedding cake for a homosexual couple. It was proven it did not matter that his refusal was based on his religious beliefs, the court said it was discrimination. The owner had decided rather than surrender his religious beliefs and accept the court ruling he would close his store.

The first amendment to our nations constitution states…
“Congress shall make no law respecting the establishment of religion,
or prohibiting the free exercise thereof

Apparently feeling our nations need to reinforce that first amendment President Clinton in 1993 signed the “Religious Freedom Act”, which passed the house unanimously and the senate by a vote of 97-3. Today 19 states have signed into law an affirmation of this ‘religious freedom law’ including Illinois in 1998 when state senator barack obama voted in favor of it. So with both federal and state laws stating that no one can prohibit the ‘free exercise of anyones religion’ why are people loosing their businesses, being arrested and sued?

Just like what happened in Ferguson, Missouri the news media have found a new bone to gnaw on and they are tearing into it with everything they have. Also like Ferguson overnight a mob has appeared to demonstrate against the Indiana ‘religious freedom law’. It appears that members of the LGBT community think the law is targeting their personal lifestyle. In looking at both the federal and state laws I see no mention of the discrimination directed at them. More to the point I find it interesting that literally overnight thousands of like minded LGBT people all had the same thought and showed up to protest.

From news reports it seems everyone from the LGBT community to the NBA and Apple are saying this law promotes intolerance, and all along I thought I lived in a country founded on freedom of speech and religion. Until recently I thought that what one did sexually in their home was their business, but over the last few years I found I was raised with the wrong ideals and morality. It now is evident that I (must) accept anyone’s sexual deviations as a way of life, in fact if I voice my displeasure openly with this lifestyle I am now considered a bigot. It also is apparent that I have to also openly accept this lifestyle even if it is completely anathema to my religious beliefs.

So even if the LGBT community only sues and puts people out of business instead of beheading Christians like ISIS does, they apparently have the same ultimate effect of persecuting Christians for their beliefs.

I have never quoted the bible in my writings on wordpress but I cannot shirk this duty in response to what is happening today. For in the bible…Mathew 24:9 states that Jesus said “Then they will hand you over to persecution and they will kill you” and “you will be hated by all nations because of my name”

“Can the liberties of a nation be thought secure when we have removed their only firm basis,
a conviction in the minds of people that these liberties are of the gift of God?”
Thomas Jefferson

Hey, Pete. There are advantages that come with the end of one’s life. If, of course, you believe in heaven. :)

Like so many times before, these people don’t want equal rights they want special rights & they win through force & intimidation. I’m just more than a little angry at Gov. Pence for going back & reworking the law to hopefully satisfy these people. Memo to Pence & all the rest: they won’t be satisfied til it’s their way & there’s no highway, only the path to hell.
