Life’s road…

writers note…The poem below is just that a poem and is not meant to be anything more. It is true that is is a representation of my life to date, but rest assured that I have no intent to cross the bridge before my time.

67 years the road has lead down many turns

children first guided until they learn

too soon helping parents to roads final end

then life’s partner before her time

now making grandchildren my friend

no one to walk this road with me

tis time to cross the bridge and enter the light gratefully
