Vacation…
I will be heading down, in a couple days, to my family and warmer weather in Texas. I will endeavor to continue writing for the blog, but just being around family who I haven’t seen in a long time, will reduce the amount of my postings and I am sure keeping up with the grand children will take precedence over any writing. I also think my mood will be much more positive and thus may effect the tone of the writing that you have become accustomed to. I ask your patience and I will return, as grumpy as ever, in January to once again ferret out any news that make’s my head explode.
I fully intend to post a Christmas wish from Texas, however if Santa needs extra help putting the kid’s toys together and I don’t have a chance to make that posting, and since I have never been one to be too politically correct…
I wish everyone
Merry Christmas
and God bless.
LOVE IT! Have a lovely time with the rellies and the grandkids :-) It will be a great holiday for you…and I will be watching out for the odd blogging :-) Season’s greetings to you, too!

Pete,
Please have a safe trip & enjoy! Hell it wouldn’t be you if you were politically correct so go for it & stay yourself!
Got winter yesterday in a big way; from 10-15″ of snow in the Twin Cities & up to 17″ out state. After 56 last Monday.
MERRY CHRISTMAS TO YOU & YOURS & if somebody has a problem with that they can kiss off. I get funny looks from people when they wish me “happy holidays” & I ask them “So what holiday are you happy about?” Then I wish them Merry Christmas with a smile.
